Induction Cooker Precautions

Power output stability
A high-quality induction cooker should have the function of automatic adjustment of output power, which can improve power adaptability and load adaptability. Some induction cookers do not have this function. When the power supply voltage increases, the output power increases sharply; when the power supply voltage drops, the power decreases significantly, which will bring inconvenience to the user and affect the cooking quality.

Reliability and useful life
The reliability index of induction cooker is generally expressed by MTBF (mean time between failures), the unit is "hour", and the high-quality product should be more than 10,000 hours. The life of the induction cooker mainly depends on the use environment, maintenance and the life of the main components. It is speculated that the induction cooker will enter its expiration date after three or four years of use.

Appearance and Structure
The general appearance of high-quality products is neat and tidy, the pattern is clear, the color is bright, the plastic parts have no obvious unevenness, the upper and lower covers are closely matched, giving people a sense of comfort, the internal structure layout is reasonable, the installation is firm, the ventilation is good, and the contact is reliable. It is better to choose ceramic glass, if tempered glass is selected, the performance is slightly worse.

Bottom temperature control features
The heat at the bottom of the pot is directly transmitted to the cooker plate (ceramic glass), and the cooker plate is a heat-conducting material, so the thermal element is generally installed at the bottom of the cooker plate to detect the temperature of the bottom of the cooker.

The power cord must meet the requirements
Due to the high power of the induction cooker, when configuring the power cord, the copper core wire that can withstand 15A current should be selected, and the sockets, plugs, switches, etc. used together should also meet this requirement. Otherwise, the high current when the induction cooker is working will cause the wires, sockets, etc. to heat up or burn out. Also, if possible, it is best to install a fuse box at the power cord outlet for safety.

Lay flat
The desktop on which the induction cooker is placed should be flat, especially when eating hot pot on the dining table. If the table top is not flat, and one foot of the induction cooker is suspended, the gravity of the cookware will force the furnace body to deform or even damage it. In addition, if the table top is inclined, when the induction cooker heats the pan, the micro-vibration generated by the pan will easily cause the pan to slip out and be dangerous.

Ensure stomata are unobstructed
The induction cooker at work heats up as the pot heats up. therefore. When placing the induction cooker in the kitchen, it should be ensured that there is no object blocking the inlet and exhaust holes of the furnace body. Do not put objects or liquids that may damage the induction cooker on the side or under the furnace body. It should be reminded that if the built-in fan of the induction cooker is found not rotating during operation, it should be stopped immediately and repaired in time.
