Induction cooker use and maintenance
Jan 19, 2022
Before using the induction cooker, you should read the product manual carefully to understand the function, usage, maintenance requirements and after-sales service that the manufacturer may provide. Generally, the following points should be paid attention to when using and maintaining:
1. Install special power cords and power sockets. Due to the high power of the induction cooker, the power cord and socket must be configured according to the power. Usually, the copper core wire that can withstand 15A current should be selected, and the sockets, plugs, switches, etc. used together should also meet this requirement. Otherwise, the large current when the induction cooker is working will cause the wires, sockets, etc. to heat up and short-circuit.
2. The induction cooker should be placed stably. If a foot of the induction cooker is suspended in the air, the gravity of the pot will force the furnace body to tilt, and the food in the pot will overflow. If the stove surface is not placed flat, the micro-vibration generated by the pot can also easily cause the pot to slip out and be dangerous.
3. Ensure that the air inlet and air outlet are unobstructed. The induction cooker at work heats up with the heating of the pot, so the induction cooker should be placed in a place where the air is ventilated, and the air outlet should be more than 250px away from the wall and other items to ensure that there is no object blocking the inlet and exhaust holes of the furnace body.
4. Choose the right cookware. The bearing weight of the induction cooker shell and the black crystal is limited. Generally, the civilian induction cooker should not exceed 5 kg of food with the pot, and the bottom of the pot should not be too small to prevent the induction cooker from being too concentrated under pressure.
5. Pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof and cockroach-proof during use and storage. Ordinary induction cooker is not waterproof, damp or entering water, and even the excrement of cockroaches may cause short-circuit failure. Therefore, when using, it should be placed away from moisture and steam, and it is strictly forbidden to rinse with water. Waterproof induction cookers have appeared on the market, but in order to ensure safety and prolong the service life of the product, it is still necessary to avoid water vapor as much as possible.
6, to clean the stove to get the law. The induction cooker cannot use solvent or gasoline to clean the cooktop or furnace body. Wipe with a soft cloth dipped in a mild detergent.
7. When in use, do not place ferromagnetic objects such as knives, forks, bottle caps, etc. on the furnace panel, and do not place watches, audio tapes and other items that are easily affected by magnetic fields on the furnace surface, or carry them on your body. Operation of the induction cooker.
8. Don't let the pots and pans burn empty or dry, so as not to crack the panel of the induction cooker due to excessive heat.
9. The volume in the pot should not exceed seven points full to avoid short circuit failure caused by the overflow of soup after heating.
10. The cookware must be placed in the center of the induction cooker to avoid uneven heating, and do not frequently pick up the container cookware and then put it down under high temperature or high power conditions, otherwise it will easily cause failure (the motherboard may be damaged due to sudden power fluctuations).
11. It is strictly forbidden to dry the empty pot, and the furnace panel is broken. Stop using it and replace it with a new panel immediately by professional maintenance personnel.
12. Within the range of 2-3m from the commercial induction cooker, it is best not to place TVs, video recorders, tape recorders and other household appliances that are afraid of magnetism to avoid adverse effects. Pregnant women are best not to use the induction cooker.
