Electric ovens generally have three buttons:
* Function button: Select the working mode of the electric oven.
* Temperature button: Adjust the temperature of the electric oven.
* Timing button: Configure the operating time of the electric oven.
Electric ovens with buttons and a micro-display screen have more intuitive operating parameters, but the life of the buttons is limited, and the electric oven with knobs has a longer service life. Which one to choose is a matter of opinion.
Some high-end electronic electric ovens can change the heating method, heating time and rotation of food according to pre-programmed programs. For example, the "360-degree rotating roasting function" can make 360-degree rotating roasting when roasting meat such as chicken and duck, so that the food is heated evenly. Some electric ovens are also equipped with practical accessories such as grilled fish nets, which can give you more space to play your cooking skills to the fullest.
First, the upper and lower fires can be turned on separately or simultaneously.
Second, the timing setting is usually adjustable from 0 to 60 minutes, and some have always heated files.
The third is that the temperature is adjustable from 100 to 250 degrees Celsius, and some have a low temperature range of 40 to 100 degrees Celsius.
Fourth, some ovens have rotating fork racks for roasting whole chickens, and some ovens have rotating trays under them. The exterior of the oven should be well sealed to reduce heat loss. Most of the door openings are injured from the top, and they should not be too loose, so as not to fall and break the glass door. There should be at least three pan positions inside the oven, close to the upper heat, close to the lower heat, and in the middle.
Some ovens have removable bottoms for easy removal of grease and debris.
