How to turn off the gas stove

For safety needs, the flameout protection device of the gas stove is very necessary, and the relevant national standards also have mandatory provisions for this. There are three types of flameout protection commonly used in the market: thermal, thermoelectric and photoelectric.
Thermal type: also known as bimetallic sheet type. The bimetallic sheet is made of two metals with different expansion coefficients. Under the action of temperature, the metal side with the large expansion coefficient will bend to the metal side with the small expansion coefficient. When the temperature is lost, the metal that has been expanded and bent It will slowly return to its original state, so the bimetallic sheet is also called memory alloy. The bimetallic sheet is used as the sensor of the safety protection device, which utilizes the characteristic of the bimetallic sheet to expand and bend under the action of temperature.
The advantages of the bimetal protection device are simple structure and low cost. The disadvantage is that the installation is difficult, the installation position of the bimetal and the cooperation of the plug valve and the gas valve have high requirements, and the thermal inertia is large, the valve opening and closing time is long, and the service life is short.
Thermoelectric type: This device also utilizes the heat energy generated when the gas is burned. The thermoelectric flameout safety protection device is composed of two parts, a thermocouple and a solenoid valve. The thermocouple is composed of two different alloy materials. Different alloy materials will generate different thermoelectric potentials under the action of temperature. Thermocouples are manufactured by using the different thermoelectric potentials generated by different alloy materials under the action of temperature.
The thermoelectric safety protection device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and low cost, and has been widely used. However, this kind of protection device uses a thermocouple as a thermal sensor. The disadvantage is that the thermal inertia is large, the response speed is slow, it is inconvenient to operate, and the service life is short. The installation accuracy of the plug valve and the solenoid valve is high.
Photoelectric: Also known as ion induction. The device utilizes gas with ions in the flame when burning and has one-way electrical conductivity. This safety protection method was first applied to gas water heaters, and has been developed from DC induction to AC induction, which has greatly improved reliability. It has only been used in cookers for three or four years.
